Causes of Low Water Pressure 

If you have low water pressure, a little stream of water trickles out of your tap or shower head. You could be experiencing low water pressure because there is a leak or a break in the water main or the utility is carrying out repair or maintenance.

Or, there could be another reason, including blocked filters or pipes, malfunctioning pressure regulators or water valves, a buildup of mineral deposits, debris in your water supply, a leak, burst or damaged pipes, or low pressure to your house. 

You might also experience problems with high water pressure. In this case, a plumber will need to install a pressure limiting valve or pressure reduction valve on your property.
