Woolf Plumbing & Gas started trading in January 2014.
My name is Ashley Woolf, and I am a plumber and gas fitter from the UK. I did my apprenticeship out of school and finished a year early. I continued to work for the same employer installing everything from bathrooms to central heating systems, including underfloor heating. I have worked on some exciting projects, including new homes on the grounds of King Henry VIII's hunting lodge in Essex, UK.
I then went on to service, maintenance and breakdowns of domestic and commercial central heating boilers. This gave me extensive knowledge in gas systems and repair, which many plumbers do not usually get.
When I moved to Australia, I began working for a maintenance company in Perth. I maintained government buildings from the local council offices to the schools covering Perth to Waroona. I quickly became a lead plumber and then, after two years, moved into the office. This gave me great insight into customer service and strengthened my realisation of good quality work and customer experience.
From my years in the trade and some great role models to learn from, I pride myself on excellent customer service with honest advice, which is the most cost-effective for my customers. I believe in fair work for a reasonable price.

Ashley is the Director of Woolf Plumbing. He founded the company after moving to Australia in 2009. With over 18 years of plumbing and gas experience in over two countries, Ashley’s guidance has led the team at Woolf Plumbing to excel in the industry. Ashley is a family man and spends time with his son and newly born daughter. Camping trips, days at the beach and a passion for learning are his favourite things.
Dillon is an energetic, fun-loving guy. His smile is infectious, and our customers love him—the first to crack a joke and make everyone else smile. You’ll find Dillon rock climbing or racing his historics at the weekend, always looking for that next thrill. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in the domestic and commercial maintenance scenes and looks after our domestic customers with care and compassion.
Daniel is our all-around nice guy. Nothing is too hard for him, and he always goes the extra mile with our customers. He is always thriving for knowledge and improving his skills. In his personal time, he’ll be on the bowling alley knocking down the pins. He even has the bumpers down. Daniel is super experienced in commercial maintenance and looks after our major commercial clients.
Joey has started his plumbing career with us here at Woolf and we are so happy he is loving working with us. He gets to go out on jobs with all the technicians, so his experience and knowledge are growing.
Another addition to the Woolf Team in 2022, he has been a plumber for over 5 years and really likes meeting all our customers from around Perth. Cody loves footy and cricket....playing or watching?
Josh has been a plumber for a few years now, coming from other industries and deciding plumbing was the best! We are happy he has joined the Woolf team in 2022. He loves making a customer happy by solving and fixing their plumbing problems - getting it right the first time. Josh enjoys dirt bike riding, downhill mountain bike riding and camping.
When Daniel isn’t plumbing, he likes to spend time with his wife and son exploring the outdoors and fishing at every possible opportunity. Daniels life long dream is to travel Australia and overseas more with his family.
I grew up in South Derry, Ireland, specifically in a small parish called Greenlough. As for hobbies, I used to enjoy running, but the heat here has made it less of a priority. Nowadays, I find joy in cooking and taking dips in the ocean.
I consider myself a friendly and genuine person who genuinely enjoys conversing with people about various topics. One of my greatest strengths is being a team player and effectively collaborating with others to accomplish tasks.
I’m a second-year apprentice who enjoys learning new things. I have a positive mindset and actually enjoy coming to work. On my time off work, you can find me at the beach or anywhere I can take my 4WD.
I’m a first-year apprentice at Woolf Plumbing and Gas. I enjoy fishing, crabbing and camping in my spare time and hope to get my licence soon.
I enjoy reading, going to the gym or seeing friends in my spare time. My biggest achievement is finishing my apprenticeship. I have always wanted to go skydiving, and my dream holiday would be travelling either Australia or New Zealand. I’m a punctual, hard-working individual, thoughtful, determined, and quirky.
I have just finished school, and have come straight into the Woolf Plumbing and Gas business. I enjoy being with my family and reading, and I love going to the beach to surf and swim with my dogs. My goal for 2024 is to get my licence and buy my first car.
I’m the most recent new start for Woolf Plumbing. I’ve just returned from a trip around the world, and can’t wait to plan the next one. In my spare time, I like to surf and snowboard.
